Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Workday functional implementations and optimizations within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology practice. You translate business needs into functional designs, lead client workshops, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to achieve measurable HR transformations. You will manage testing, deployment, and stabilization activities, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, Talent) * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
