Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Workday HCM implementations and optimizations within the HR Strategy & Technology team, shaping client solutions that align talent strategies with business goals. You’ll translate business needs into functional designs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery from requirements through deployment. The position offers exposure to global HR transformation initiatives and opportunities to mentor junior staff. You will work in a fast-paced environment, travel up to 50% and contribute to high-impact client outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities * Gather requirements and translate into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations across 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.) * Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
