Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you design and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to transform client business processes and user experience. You lead a technical workstream within a cross-functional team, shaping architecture, integration, and deployment while aligning with client goals. You collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into practical solutions and documentation. You mentor juniors and help coordinate multi-workstream delivery, driving high-quality outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream within a multidisciplinary project team * Design, develop, and deliver enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * Support architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, data migrations, and deployments * Ensure security, maintainability, and alignment with client goals * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams * Create solution documentation, process flows, and presentations (Visio, PowerPoint) * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards Tasks * 6+ years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles * At least 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions * 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions, including Dataverse security model * Multiple data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services across at least 3 projects * 2+ years of modern DevOps practices: repository management (Git) and CI/CD pipelines * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, including CoE toolkit deployment in production * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences Key requirements *
