Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you design, build, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to optimize business processes and user experience. You lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary team, aligning architecture, development, and deployment with client goals. You collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into technical design, and contribute to documentation and delivery governance. You mentor peers and help coordinate cross-workstream activities to meet project timelines. This opportunity supports transforming sales and service experiences at a global scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that improve processes and UX * Lead a defined technical workstream within a multidisciplinary project team * Support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, data migrations, and deployments * Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned to client goals * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Create solution documentation, process flows, and presentation materials; use MS Visio and PowerPoint * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to align with timelines and quality standards Tasks * Minimum 6 years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles * At least 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing enterprise solution architectures (conceptual) * Completed multiple data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services (3+ projects) * 2+ years modern DevOps practices including Git and CI/CD pipelines * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform with production CoE toolkit * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
