Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle EPM solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for client engagements. You will translate business requirements into functional designs, configure planning, forecasting, consolidation, and close processes, and support validation and deployment readiness. You’ll collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to achieve project milestones and outcomes. This is a chance to apply next-gen processes, data platforms, and AI to deliver accurate, timely insights within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for client engagements * Gather and translate business/functional requirements into Oracle EPM designs * Configure planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and close processes in Oracle EPM applications * Support data validation, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness across workstreams * Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver milestones and outcomes Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions * 4+ years of experience gathering requirements and translating into functional designs for planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting * Experience with one or more Oracle EPM modules (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Tax Reporting, or Narrative Reporting) * Experience configuring rules, metadata, data integrations, and reports in Oracle EPM * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Professional development opportunities * Inclusive culture * Opportunities to work on transformational projects
