Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you guide Oracle EPM-enabled finance transformation initiatives, shaping solution design and deployment to deliver accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional designs and ensure successful implementation. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation offering. You’ll help clients navigate AI-driven change and regulatory considerations while driving measurable value. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for client engagements * Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM designs * Configure planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and close processes in Oracle EPM applications * Support data validation, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness across workstreams * Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to meet milestones and outcomes Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in any field * 4+ years implementing Oracle EPM solutions * 4+ years gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs (planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting) * Experience with Oracle EPM modules (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Tax Reporting, or Narrative Reporting) * Experience configuring rules, metadata, data integrations, and reports in Oracle EPM * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
