Experteer Overview In this Manager, Oracle EPM role, you drive finance transformation initiatives through Oracle EPM across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. You’ll translate business needs into designs and deployments while guiding multi-phase implementation and optimization projects. You will mentor junior team members and manage client relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, leveraging AI-driven insights and data modernization to create measurable value. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape finance processes and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM engagements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics * Gather business requirements and translate into EPM designs, configurations, testing plans, and deployment activities * Manage project workstreams, deliverables, and client stakeholders across multiple implementation phases * Advise on finance process improvements enabled by Oracle EPM, data modernization, and AI-driven insights * Coach junior team members and support quality delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day engagement management Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or Oracle EPM implementation * 4+ years implementing Oracle EPM applications * 4+ years experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * 2+ years experience leading project workstreams or teams * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
