Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Oracle EPM engagements to advance finance transformation across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. You’ll translate business needs into Oracle EPM designs, configurations, tests, and deployment plans, while coordinating cross-functional delivery and stakeholder alignment. You’ll advise on process improvements, data modernization, and AI-driven insights to drive value for clients. You’ll mentor junior team members and ensure quality, timely delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position offers the opportunity to shape finance processes within a leading consulting practice leveraging next-gen data platforms and AI. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM engagements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics * Gather requirements and translate them into EPM designs, configurations, testing plans, and deployments * Manage project workstreams, deliverables, and client stakeholders across multiple phases * Advise clients on finance process improvements enabled by EPM, data modernization, and AI-driven insights * Coach junior team members and support quality delivery, issue resolution, and engagement management Tasks * 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or Oracle EPM implementation * 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM applications * 4+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * 2+ years of experience leading project workstreams or teams * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * travel opportunities
