Job description
Experteer Overview In this role, you will build and operate governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled workflows. You will design production-grade pipelines and data models to support risk reporting and control testing, with strong governance and audit-ready evidence. You bridge data engineering with governance, risk, and compliance in regulated environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, auditable data solutions. This is an opportunity to shape how data powers cyber defense at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed data stores * Design data models for risk and controls domains, enabling self-service analytics and dashboards * Implement data quality checks, lineage, metadata, and access controls to support auditability and regulatory defensibility * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, and compliance and cyber operations, including evidence summarization and investigation copilots * Engineer integrations between data platforms and enterprise systems with observability and runbooks for production support * Partner with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders to translate requirements into implementable controls and guardrails Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years of experience in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch/stream processing and cloud-based deployments * Experience implementing data governance controls (classification, encryption, least-privilege, lineage, audit logging) * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows and LLM-enabled applications using retrieval-augmented generation * Ability to travel 0-25% and willingness to work in client environments; immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
