Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream, aligning strategy with business and security requirements. You’ll advise clients on design and delivery, directing end-to-end integration efforts and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, oversee testing and go-live activities, and contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice with reusable assets and coaching. This role sits at the intersection of HR transformation and technology, delivering measurable value for public sector and enterprise clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle HCM Cloud integration workstream from strategy to deployment * Facilitate design discussions with clients and resolve complex integration challenges * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, including data mapping, security, and testing * Manage cross-functional technical teams and coordinate delivery across locations * Establish integration quality, testing approaches, and oversee cutover and post-production support * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalate when needed * Contribute to reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and practitioner coaching Tasks * 7+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
