Experteer Overview As a Senior EPIC Willow Consultant you will apply Epic expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions while working closely with clients in a collaborative, on-site-oriented model. You will configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users, ensuring robust system performance. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic systems expertise to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot Epic system issues * Perform system testing and validation for functionality and performance * Train and support end-users on Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes * Act as Epic Willow support analyst with on-call responsibilities during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Strong technical documentation skills * Ability to travel ~10% * Bachelor’s degree in related IT discipline or equivalent experience Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
