Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview You will apply Epic Willow expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions, supporting configuration, testing, and end-user training. In a collaborative, on-site-focused environment, you will troubleshoot and document Epic systems while guiding projects or workstreams. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable deployments and ongoing support, contributing to Deloitte’s healthcare IT transformation initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact with limited travel and a client-facing consulting perspective. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic Willow expertise to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve Epic system issues * Conduct system testing and validation for functionality and performance * Provide training and end-user support on Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * Epic Willow support analyst with on-call responsibilities during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 5+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in application build/go-live and in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Demonstrated ability to produce technical documentation * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel ~10% on average * Ability to work independently and within a team * Strong communication and relationship-building skills Key requirements *
