Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will apply expert Epic Willow skills to implement and optimize healthcare solutions. You will work within a collaborative delivery model, guiding clients through configuration, testing, and end-user training. You’ll engage in on-call Willow support and contribute to system documentation and ongoing improvements. This position offers growth within Deloitte’s Project Delivery Model and a chance to influence healthcare IT outcomes without heavy travel. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable Epic-enabled solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic expertise to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve Epic system issues * Perform system testing and validation for functionality and performance * Deliver end-user training and ongoing support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * Epic Willow support analyst with on-call responsibilities during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in build and go-live, plus implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Strong technical documentation skills * Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT related field or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~10% as needed Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for candidates with disabilities * aligned with industry compensation ranges
