Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will bring expert EPIC Willow knowledge to implement and optimize healthcare solutions. You will work as part of a client-facing delivery team, configuring Willow modules and coordinating testing, training, and go-live support. You will operate with limited travel, on-call during US business hours, and document configurations for future reference. You contribute to successful deployments that improve healthcare workflows and outcomes. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity with Deloitte’s Project Delivery Model. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized EPIC Willow configuration and customization aligned with project requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in EPIC Willow systems * Conduct system testing and validation of EPIC modules * Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users on EPIC applications * Document system configurations, workflows, and processes * Serve as Willow support analyst with on-call responsibilities during US business hours Tasks * Current EPIC Willow certification * 6+ years of EPIC Willow analyst experience * Experience in build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Strong technical documentation skills * Willingness to travel ~10% (as needed) * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT field; or equivalent experience Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * limited immigration sponsorship may be available * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
