Experteer Overview In this Oracle EPM-focused consultant role, you help clients navigate finance transformation through planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design finance operating models, govern processes, and implement technology-enabled solutions. You’ll prepare client deliverables and leadership updates while driving data-driven insights. This opportunity combines strategy, technology, and operations to deliver measurable value in a dynamic, AI-aware landscape. Compensation / Benefits * Support finance transformation projects focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics * Gather and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows * Assist with design and implementation of finance operating models, governance, and process improvements * Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, operating model design, or GBS * 2+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, or developing future-state documentation * 2+ years of experience supporting an Oracle EPM-based project (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
