Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you help enable finance transformation by implementing Oracle EPM and supporting planning, forecasting, and analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams to design finance operating models, governance, and process improvements, delivering client-ready artifacts and insights. You’ll deploy data-driven finance solutions and automation to drive timely, accurate reporting. The work blends strategy, technology, and stakeholder collaboration to guide clients through AI-enabled, scalable finance transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Support finance transformation projects focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics * Gather and analyze business requirements, as-is processes, and future-state workflows * Assist design and implementation of operating models, governance, and process improvements * Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy tech-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and automation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, operating model design, or global business services * 2+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting process flows, or future-state process documentation * 2+ years of experience supporting an Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based initiative * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
