Experteer Overview In this role, you support finance transformation initiatives focusing on planning, forecasting, and analytics within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation group. You will work with cross-functional teams to design finance operating models and governance, and help deploy technology-enabled solutions that drive data-driven insights. The position emphasizes delivering client-ready deliverables and facilitating stakeholder communications. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, contributing to scalable processes and AI-enabled analytics to transform finance functions. Compensation / Benefits * Support finance transformation projects centered on planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics * Gather and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows * Assist with design and implementation of finance operating models, governance, and process improvements * Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, process docs, and status updates * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 2+ years in finance transformation, FP&A, operating model design, or global business services * 2+ years gathering requirements, documenting processes, or developing future-state documentation * 2+ years supporting Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based initiatives or related projects * Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagement * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * opportunities for professional development * travel flexibility based on client needs
