Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you drive finance transformation initiatives by delivering Oracle EPM-enabled planning, forecasting, and analytics solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to model finance operating structures, gather requirements, and prepare client deliverables. You’ll help deploy data-driven finance solutions and process automation that enable timely, actionable insights. Compensation / Benefits * Support finance transformation projects focused on financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows * Assist with design and implementation of finance operating models, governance structures, and process improvements * Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates for project stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, finance operating model design, or global business services * 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, or developing future-state process documentation * 2+ years of experience supporting an Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based finance transformation, finance process improvement, or technology implementation project * Ability to travel 50% on average Key requirements *
