Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support finance transformation projects leveraging Oracle EPM to enable planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics. You will gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, and help design finance operating models and governance structures. You’ll prepare client deliverables and present updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy technology-enabled finance solutions and automation. You’ll work in Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team to deliver timely, data-driven insights and scalable processes. Compensation / Benefits * Support finance transformation projects focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and current/future-state processes * Assist with design and implementation of operating models, governance, and process improvements * Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and project status updates * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy tech-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, operating model design, or global business services * 2+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting process flows, or future-state process documentation * 2+ years of experience supporting Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based projects * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * opportunity for travel (50% on average) * possible immigration sponsorship * reasonable accommodations for disabilities
