Experteer Overview In this role you will support finance transformation projects focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, working within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice. You will gather requirements, map current and future processes, and help design finance operating models and governance. You’ll prepare client deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology-enabled solutions and automate processes. You will drive data-driven insights using Oracle EPM and related tools, adding value for clients and stakeholders. Compensation / Benefits * Support finance transformation projects focused on planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows * Assist with design and implementation of finance operating models, governance, and process improvements * Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates for stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 2+ years in finance transformation, FP&A, operating model design, or global business services * 2+ years gathering requirements, documenting process flows, or future-state process documentation * 2+ years supporting an Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based project * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
