SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, SAP Transformation in Deloitte GPS, you will drive data migration strategies and SAP S/4HANA configuration for government programs. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver migration milestones and ensure deployment readiness. This role focuses on transforming USDA loan systems through data conversion, mappings, and integrations. You will help shape enterprise finance and IT processes within a mission-driven public-sector context. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale, public-facing SAP transformations and data-driven improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data migration and conversion activities for a USDA loan modernization program * Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration for federal credit requirements * Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and reconciliations * Coordinate data integration requirements between SAP and the new USDA loan system * Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to meet migration milestones and deployment readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * U.S. Citizenship * Must obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * 4+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience * 2+ years of SAP data migration leadership * Experience with SAP BODS and data migration methodologies * Ability to travel up to 25% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * competitive benefits package * discretionary annual incentive program
