SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead SAP data migration and transformation efforts for federal programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant SAP S/4HANA deployments. You enable heart-of-the-business outcomes through data strategy, conversion, and integration with government loan systems. You will work on complex migration milestones, ensuring deployment readiness and issue resolution. This is a chance to shape federal modernization programs within a collaborative GPS-focused practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data migration and conversion activities for a USDA loan modernization program * Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration for federal credit requirements * Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and reconciliation activities * Coordinate integration-related data requirements between SAP and the new USDA loan system * Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to deliver migration milestones, issue resolution, and deployment readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role * U.S. Citizenship required * 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA * 2+ years of experience leading SAP data migration and performing SAP data conversion activities * SAP BODS and other data migration tools and methodologies * Ability to travel 0-25% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future Key requirements * competitive benefits package * discretionary annual incentive program
