SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s GPS team as a Senior Consultant, SAP Transformation. You will lead data migration and conversion for a USDA loan modernization program and support SAP S/4HANA GL configuration for federal credit requirements. You will define data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and coordinate integration between SAP and the new USDA loan system. You will collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to achieve migration milestones and deployment readiness. This role offers meaningful impact in federal programs and exposure to enterprise transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data migration and conversion activities for a USDA loan modernization program * Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration for federal credit requirements * Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and reconciliation activities * Coordinate integration-related data requirements between SAP and the new USDA loan system * Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to deliver migration milestones, issue resolution, and deployment readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * U.S. Citizenship * 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA * 2+ years of experience leading SAP data migration and performing SAP data conversion activities * SAP BODS and other data migration tools and methodologies * Ability to travel 0-25% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements * broad range of benefits
