SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead SAP data migration and conversion efforts for a USDA loan modernization program, helping ensure compliant S/4HANA GL configuration for federal credit requirements. You will define conversion strategies and coordinate SAP-USDA data integration, working with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and readiness. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in Deloitte’s GPS practice, offering exposure to federal programs and large-scale transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data migration and conversion activities for a USDA loan modernization program * Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration for federal credit requirements * Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and reconciliation activities * Coordinate integration-related data requirements between SAP and the new USDA loan system * Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to deliver migration milestones, issue resolution, and deployment readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Public Trust clearance (must obtain/maintain) * U.S. Citizenship * 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA * 2+ years of experience leading SAP data migration and SAP data conversion activities * SAP BODS and other data migration tools and methodologies * Ability to travel 0-25% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship in the future Key requirements * benefits package competitive for project delivery-focused professionals
