SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this SAP Transformation role, you help drive federal SAP S/4HANA migrations and data conversion for government programs. You work within GPS to deliver data-driven modernization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure deployment readiness. You shape data strategies, mappings, and validations while coordinating between SAP and the USDA loan system. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with growth potential in a mission-driven firm. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data migration and conversion activities for a USDA loan modernization program * Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration for federal credit requirements * Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and reconciliation * Coordinate integration-related data requirements between SAP and the USDA loan system * Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to deliver migration milestones, issue resolution, and deployment readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * U.S. Citizenship required * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA * 2+ years of experience leading SAP data migration and data conversion activities * Experience with SAP BODS and other data migration tools and methodologies * Ability to travel 0-25% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * competitive benefits package * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
