Compensation / Benefits * Guide clients with high autonomy in AI strategy and development, from discovery to production deployment * Lead client initiatives to deliver AI/ML solutions, including thought leadership and long-term strategy * Research and implement novel ML approaches, advancing training, design, and hardware optimization * Validate AI models via code reviews, tests, and performance assessment * Prioritize project performance and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business impact * Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, project managers, and business teams to align delivery with objectives Tasks * 3+ years in AI/ML algorithm development with Python, PyTorch, and data analysis (NLP, time-series, computer vision) * 3+ years applying traditional ML and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) in production * 3+ years deploying/optimizing ML models using Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow and related tooling * 3+ years cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI/ML workloads * Ability to travel ~10% and reside within commuting distance to Deloitte offices * Strong communication, collaboration, and project leadership skills * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
