Experteer Overview As a Senior Data Scientist with SFL Scientific, you define data strategy, drive technical development, and help build next-gen AI tools and services. You work with clients to understand data, shape exploratory analyses, and design long-term solutions across cutting-edge domains such as cancer detection, drug discovery, and autonomous systems. You join a cross-functional team delivering high-impact AI projects in a consulting context and advance our data science practice. This role offers exposure to transformative AI initiatives and practical business impact. Compensation / Benefits * Guide AI strategy and development for clients, from exploration to production deployment * Lead client initiatives delivering AI/ML solutions and define long-term maintenance and strategy goals * Research and implement novel ML approaches, including advanced training, design, and hardware optimization * Validate models via code reviews, unit and integration tests * Prioritize project performance and ensure AI solutions maximize business impact * Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and business teams to align delivery with objectives Tasks * Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant STEM field * 3+ years of AI/ML algorithm development using Python, PyTorch, and related data analysis techniques (NLP, time-series, computer vision) * 3+ years deploying and optimizing ML models in production environments * 3+ years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working with orchestration and deployment tools * Strong communication, independence, and ability to lead projects and manage multiple tasks * Willingness to travel ~10% and be within commuting distance to a Deloitte office Key requirements *
