Experteer Overview As a Senior Data Scientist at SFL Scientific, you will shape data strategy, drive technical development, and help build next-gen AI tools and services. You’ll work with clients to understand data landscapes, requirements, and define long-term solutions through exploratory analysis and design. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you’ll tackle advanced domains like cancer detection, drug discovery, and autonomous systems while expanding your skills in a consulting context. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing AI initiatives across multiple industries. Compensation / Benefits * Guide clients in AI strategy and development, performing exploratory data analysis and deploying models * Lead client initiatives to deliver AI/ML solutions with long-term maintenance and strategic objectives * Research and implement novel ML approaches, including training, network design, and hardware optimization * Validate AI models via code reviews, unit and integration tests * Support prioritization of project performance and ensure impactful AI delivery * Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, project managers, and business teams to align delivery with objectives Tasks * Master’s or PhD in a STEM field * 3+ years in AI/ML algorithm development with Python, PyTorch, NLP/time-series/computer vision * 3+ years applying traditional ML and deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) in production * 3+ years deploying/optimizing ML models using Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT/Trion, RAPIDs, Kubeflow, MLflow * 3+ years leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy AI/ML workloads * Willingness to travel up to 10% * Live within commuting distance to a Deloitte office Key requirements *
