Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Microsoft Azure and AI security engagements, shaping strategy, design, and deployment for large clients. You’ll guide cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore members to deliver secure Azure and AI solutions that align with client objectives. The role emphasizes governance, secure development, and automated guardrails to enable secure digital transformation. You will drive business development, thought leadership, and talent development in the Microsoft Azure and AI security space. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on complex Azure and AI security engagements, covering strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Manage multiple Azure and AI security projects in leadership roles, coordinating on-site and offshore engineers and architects * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model scanning/governance, data security, and secure deployment practices * Create and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails across Azure and AI services * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, operational transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in security consulting/architecting with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies and experience leading multi-project delivery * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infraestructura operations with leadership experience in consulting * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Azure, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and infrastructure as code in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
