Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager, you will lead Microsoft Azure and AI security initiatives for complex client engagements, shaping strategy, design, and secure deployment. You’ll manage multi-project programs, guiding onsite and offshore teams to deliver secure Azure and AI solutions aligned with client objectives. You’ll craft security controls and governance for Azure AI services and build automated, policy-driven guardrails across cloud environments. This role combines technical leadership with business development and mentoring to advance Deloitte’s Enterprise Security capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on large Azure and AI security engagements, driving strategy, design, implementation and adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects as project leader and program manager, coordinating on-site and offshore engineers * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance and secure deployment practices * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce consistent security guardrails * Drive business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, operational transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies and related leadership in proposals and delivery * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations with consulting leadership focus on Microsoft security * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in identity/access management, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Bachelor/Master level degrees preferred (see preferred) * Azure certifications or equivalent experience (preferred) Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program
