Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager, you shape security for Microsoft Azure and AI services within Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team. You guide complex client engagements from strategy to deployment, aligning security with digital transformation goals. You will design safeguards for Azure AI services, develop governance and playbooks, and build secure MLOps pipelines. You lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive business development and thought leadership in Azure and AI security. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security engagements focusing on Azure and AI security services, from strategy to adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects, coordinating onsite and offshore teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (OpenAI Service, ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) * Develop AI security governance, encryption, access control, data security, and deployment practices across Azure environments * Create and automate secure cloud and ML operations (MLOps) with Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client management, health checks, PoCs, operational transitions, and talent development in Azure & AI security * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor others * Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment * Maintain strong professional relationships and communicate effectively Tasks * 10+ years of experience in security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies and experience leading scope, pricing, and delivery for multiple proposals and projects * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure ops, plus 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security tech * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Azure environments including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
