Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Microsoft Azure and AI security engagements, shaping strategy, design, and deployment for large clients. You’ll manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore resources to deliver secure Azure and AI solutions aligned with client goals. The position focuses on building governance, secure deployment practices, and automation to scale security across Azure platforms and AI services. You will drive business development, thought leadership, and mentorship within the Azure security space. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on Azure and AI security engagements, guiding strategy, design, implementation and adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects as project leader and program manager with onsite and offshore contributors * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) including from development through deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model scanning, governance, data security and secure deployment practices * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce security guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, operational transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security materials Tasks * 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, designing security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies and leading multiple concurrent proposals and projects * 10+ years in enterprise security operations or architecture plus 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years experience with IAM, network security, data protection, logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, and infrastructure as code in cloud * Ability to travel 50% on average * unknown immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
