Agentic Capability AI and Data Science Engineer

Experteer Overview As an Agentic Capability Engineer, you design and maintain the agentic infrastructure powering AI-driven delivery at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable reliable, high-quality AI outputs. You will stand up MCP servers, tools, and testing frameworks, while shaping reusable patterns for prompt and context engineering. Your work directly advances enterprise AI platforms and delivery capabilities for client impact. This role blends architecture, DevSecOps, and hands-on engineering to drive scalable AI enablement. Compensation / Benefits * Design agent system architecture and implement DevSecOps for AI workflows * Build and maintain AI agents, agent systems, and reusable skills/workflows * Develop and govern prompt and context engineering patterns for quality outputs * Stand up MCP servers, CLI tools, and agent testing frameworks * Deliver platform configuration and integrations (CI/CD pipelines, environments, guardrails) * Standardize orchestration components for enterprise reuse * Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of agent delivery capabilities * Provide technical guidance to ADEs and AEMs on agentic infrastructure usage Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering * 7+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated platform or infrastructure impact * 5+ years of hands-on experience building/deploying/integrating AI/ML systems in production * 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes) * 2+ years of experience with prompt engineering and context optimization * 2+ years of experience designing reusable tools/frameworks or developer productivity infrastructure * Ability to travel 50% on average * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship * Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * mentorship programs * reasonable accommodations * inclusive culture
