Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview In this Manager role, you help clients optimize global trade programs using technology-enabled GTM solutions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into GTM configurations and ensure regulatory alignment. You lead delivery and training, aiming to automate and improve trade processes within Oracle GTM. The position sits in Deloitte’s Global Trade Advisory, delivering value through compliant, efficient global supply chains. This role offers exposure to large multinational clients and complex compliance challenges, with scope to influence outcome at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document business requirements for GTM projects with clients and stakeholders * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Coordinate project milestones and identify process improvements and automation opportunities within Oracle GTM solutions * Configure and implement Oracle GTM to replicate business processes and analytics needs * Develop training materials and deliver end-user training * Ensure GTM solutions comply with regulations, standards, and policies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, business) for service delivery and support Tasks * 5+ years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience * Knowledge of Oracle GTM domains: Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility * Experience integrating GTM with Oracle SCM and external systems * Strong Oracle GTM configuration, integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud), and data migration skills * SQL, PL/SQL, scripting for data manipulation and reporting; strong analytical/modelling abilities * Ability to travel up to 50% * One of: CPA, licensed attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Customhouse Broker’s License, CUSECO, CUSICO, or EU Customs Law accreditation * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Preferred: Oracle GTM/Oracle Cloud SCM certification, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, Visio familiarity * Knowledge of export regulations (ITAR/EAR) Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * hybrid work model * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * broad range of benefits * global exposure
