Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Global Trade Management team, you help clients implement technology-enabled GTM programs that embed trade controls into daily operations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into GTM configurations and drive timely delivery of milestones. You design scalable solutions, automate processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role offers impact by shaping global trade practices for multinational clients and advancing technology enablement in trade. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document detailed GTM business requirements with clients * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, RTS, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, GT Visibility) * Coordinate project milestones and identify process improvement opportunities within Oracle GTM * Configure and implement software to mirror business processes and reporting needs * Develop training materials and deliver end-user training * Ensure GTM solutions comply with regulations, standards, and policies * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure service delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in related field * Minimum 5 years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience * Deep knowledge of GTM modules and their integration with Oracle SCM and external systems * Strong Oracle GTM configuration, integration (REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud), and data migration skills * Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL; scripting for data manipulation and reporting (advantage) * Strong analytical and modeling skills * Ability to travel up to 50% * US work authorization with limited sponsorship possible * Accreditations: CPA or alternative professional credentials (Attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Customhouse Broker, CUSECO, CUSICO, etc.) * Preferred: Oracle GTM/Cloud SCM certification; software aptitude in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, Visio; knowledge of ITAR/EAR Key requirements * broad range of benefits
