Experteer Overview As an M&A IT Manager, you guide clients through technology-focused deal dynamics, from due diligence to integration and separation. You’ll work within the M&A I&D team to shape Day 1, TSA, and long-term tech roadmaps, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to reduce risk and enable smooth transitions. The role blends strategic IT planning with hands-on execution across transactions, emphasizing impact, governance, and scalable IT capabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven firm known for collaborative client service and transformation delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures * Assess client technology environments, identify risks and dependencies, and develop Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans * Manage project plans, deliverables, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application stakeholders * Develop client-ready materials, including assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive presentations * Coach junior team members, manage workstream execution, and support business development and practice-building activities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or MBA with additional years of consulting/industry experience * 6+ years experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery within IT * 6+ years experience leading IT due diligence, IT integration, IT separation, or IT transformation workstreams * 6+ years experience assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model impacts in transactions or transformations * 6+ years experience developing integration plans, separation plans, TSA inputs, or Day 1/Day 100 roadmaps * 6+ years experience managing project plans, deliverables, stakeholder meetings, and executive status reporting * 6+ years consulting or industry experience; MBA plus 4+ years acceptable * Ability to travel ~50% depending on client needs * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
