Experteer Overview As an M&A IT Manager, you guide clients through technology-focused mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, shaping integration and separation strategies and driving execution across deal milestones. You join the M&A I&D team to assess environments, mitigate risks, and deliver Day 1 and long-term transition plans. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop operating models, roadmaps, and client-ready materials that support transformation. This role offers the opportunity to influence deal outcomes and build digital capabilities for future-state organizations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across M&A and divestitures * Assess client technology environments, identify risks and dependencies, and propose Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans * Manage project plans, deliverables, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application stakeholders * Develop client-ready materials including assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive presentations * Coach junior team members, manage workstream execution, and support business development and practice-building activities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in M&A IT integration/divestiture delivery * 6+ years leading IT due diligence, integration, separation, or transformation workstreams * 6+ years assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model impacts in transactions * 6+ years developing integration/separation plans, TSA inputs, and Day 1/Day 100 roadmaps * 6+ years managing project plans, deliverables, and executive status reporting * Consulting or industry experience; MBA with 4+ years of experience also acceptable * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * benefits package (USBenefitsJourney) * alignment with Core Talent Model * opportunities for professional development * global opportunities * flexible career mobility
