Experteer Overview As a seasoned M&A IT Manager, you guide clients through technology-focused integration and divestiture initiatives within Deloitte’s M&A I&D practice. You evaluate IT environments, define Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans, and drive execution across deal milestones. You lead cross-functional workstreams, coach junior staff, and develop client-ready materials and roadmaps. You collaborate with business, finance, cybersecurity, and IT teams to shape target architectures and risk-aware transformations. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling smooth tech-focused transitions that unlock deal value. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across M&A/divestiture initiatives * Assess client technology environments, identify risks/dependencies, and craft Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition recommendations * Manage project plans, deliverables, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application stakeholders * Develop client-ready materials (assessments, operating models, roadmaps, executive presentations) * Coach junior team members, manage workstream execution, and support business development and practice-building activities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years in M&A IT integration/divestiture service delivery * 6+ years leading IT due diligence, IT integration, IT separation, or IT transformation workstreams * 6+ years assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model impacts in deals * 6+ years developing integration/separation plans, TSA inputs, or Day 1/Day 100 roadmaps * 6+ years managing project plans, deliverables, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting * 6+ years consulting or industry experience; or MBA with 4+ years of consulting/industry experience * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * benefits package * reasonable accommodations * career development opportunities * global mobility opportunities * supportive culture
