M&A I&D IT Manager

Experteer Overview In this M&A IT Manager role, you drive IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You work within the M&A I&D team to shape Day 1 and long-term technology roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks and enable seamless transitions. You will lead project workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to client-ready materials and business development. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across M&A activities * Assess target technology environments, identify risks and dependencies, and propose Day 1, TSA, and transition plans * Manage project plans, deliverables, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications stakeholders * Develop client-ready materials such as assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive presentations * Coach junior team members, oversee workstream execution, and support business development and practice-building efforts Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years experience in M&A IT integration/divestiture service delivery * 6+ years leading IT due diligence, IT integration/separation/transformation workstreams * 6+ years assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model impacts in deals * 6+ years developing integration/separation plans, TSA inputs, or Day 1/Day 100 roadmaps * 6+ years managing project plans, deliverables, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting * 6+ years consulting or industry experience; or an MBA with 4+ years of experience * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
