Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream for public sector engagements, guiding design, delivery, and risk management. You’ll serve as a senior client-facing advisor, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement robust inbound/outbound integrations and ensure secure, high-quality outcomes. You’ll drive end-to-end testing, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization while contributing to reusable assets and practice improvements. This position blends technical leadership with strategic stakeholder engagement to enable HR transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment * Guide client discussions, resolve complex integration challenges, and report status and risks to stakeholders * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations including data mapping, middleware coordination, and security considerations * Manage cross-functional technical teams and ensure accountability for high-quality delivery * Establish integration quality, oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, escalating as needed * Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets and knowledge sharing Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% on average * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * comprehensive benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities
