Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for government and public sector clients, guiding cross-functional teams from strategy to deployment. You’ll serve as a senior client advisor, shaping integration designs and navigating complex challenges while communicating progress and risk to stakeholders. You’ll own end-to-end integration delivery, testing, and cutover activities to ensure high-quality outcomes. You’ll contribute to the practice through reusable assets and coaching, embracing Deloitte’s mission to transform HR with technology. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy through deployment * Serve as a senior client-facing advisor, facilitating design discussions and communicating delivery status, risks, and decisions * Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, data mapping, security considerations, and end-to-end validation * Manage and develop cross-functional technical teams across locations, ensuring high-quality outcomes * Establish integration quality and testing approaches, oversee testing and defect resolution, and support go-live and stabilization * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues with proactive escalation * Contribute to the practice through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and practitioner coaching Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for a full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship currently or in the future Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Broad range of benefits * Support for professional development * Inclusive culture
