Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you design and operate governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled security workflows. You will build production-grade pipelines and data models to support risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence. You collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy and Legal teams to translate requirements into guardrails and implement scalable data solutions. You drive governance, lineage and privacy-by-design across regulated environments. This is an opportunity to shape how clients modernize data and AI for secure, compliant operations. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and streaming data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed stores * Design data models for risk and controls, covering KPIs, issues, risk acceptance, control testing, and audit evidence to enable self-service analytics * Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls to support auditability and regulatory defensibility * Develop AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate governance, risk, and compliance and cyber operations (evidence summarization, policy Q&A, copilots, ticket triage, exception reasoning) * Engineer integrations between data platforms, governance/workflow systems and enterprise apps with observability and runbooks for production support * Partner with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to translate requirements into implementable controls and guardrails Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years of experience in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and data models for batch and/or stream processing, deployed on cloud platforms with containers, IaC, APIs, and secrets management * Experience implementing data governance controls including classification, PII handling, least-privilege access, encryption, retention, audit logging, and lineage/metadata management * Experience supporting GRC workflows (risk reporting, audit data requests, controls monitoring/testing, compliance metrics) and integrating GRC tools, plus experience with retrieval-augmented generation or related AI-enabled applications * Ability to travel 0-25%; immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
