Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview You will lead functional delivery for Oracle Retail Cloud within Deloitte’s AMS engagements, driving stability, automation, and continuous improvement. As part of the Enterprise Performance team, you’ll collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to enable value-driven transformations in retail operations. You’ll manage incident, change, and release activities while guiding enhancements across MFCS, PCS, IMCS and related integrations. This remote/on-site role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, project leadership, and hands-on impact on client outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support, enhancement delivery, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes; optimize business processes; analyze requirements; perform functional design * Coordinate testing, engage stakeholders, and support MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner, and related integrations * Partner with business and technology teams to improve operational stability, automation, and performance * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads projects, potentially prioritizing over support * Communicate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams; escalate issues when necessary * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Build and sustain professional relationships and provide clear guidance to others Tasks * 10+ years experience in managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT discipline * Willingness to travel ~10% depending on engagement * Experience in a consulting and/or retail domain context (preferred) Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Flexible work arrangements under PTM * Reasonable accommodations for disabilities
