Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead, you will support AMS engagements with ongoing functional delivery, enhancements, and optimization. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive stability, automation, and transformation for Oracle Retail modules, including MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and Event Planner. You may also support Retail implementations as needed, guiding stakeholders and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This role fits Deloitte’s enterprise performance mission of digital transformation and value realization. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Conduct requirements analysis and functional design to support enhancements * Coordinate testing and manage stakeholder communication across teams * Drive business process optimization and performance improvements * Support integration of MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and Event Planner modules * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Collaborate with business and technology teams to enable long-term transformation initiatives * Assist during Retail implementations when Deloitte leads delivery Tasks * 10+ years of experience with Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience * Ability to travel ~10% based on client needs * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently and in teams * Proven project or task leadership and ability to meet deadlines * Experience with stakeholder engagement and guidance to others Key requirements * remote or onsite client service delivery * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for applicants
