Experteer Overview Experienced Oracle Retail Cloud lead to guide AMS engagements within Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team. You will deliver functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud modules, collaborating with business and tech teams to drive stability, automation, and transformation. You may support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads projects, balancing support and delivery. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and delivering value through Oracle Retail solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support, enhancement delivery, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud applications (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) * Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes; optimize business processes; perform requirements analysis; design functional solutions; coordinate testing; engage stakeholders * Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve stability, automate processes, boost performance, and support long-term transformation initiatives * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads engagements and may take priority over pure support * Maintain regular communication with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams, escalating issues as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience with Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience) * Ability to travel around 10% depending on client and project needs * Strong written and verbal communication skills; independent and team-oriented work style * Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams; manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships and meet deadlines * Ability to provide clear guidance to others Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
