Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead, you will support AMS engagements, drive functional delivery, and lead improvements for Oracle Retail Cloud modules. You collaborate with business and tech teams to enhance stability, automation, and transformation initiatives. You may supportRetail implementations when Deloitte is engaged. You work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role offers a chance to influence how clients maximize Oracle Retail solutions in a collaborative, remote/on-site setting. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support, enhancement delivery, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes; optimize business processes; analyze requirements * Lead functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support Oracle Retail modules MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner and related integrations * Partner with business and technology teams to improve operational stability, automation, and performance * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the project and may prioritize over ongoing support * Communicate with Engagement Managers, project team members, and cross-functional teams; escalate as needed * Possess the ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT discipline * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Willingness to travel approximately 10% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
