Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead, you will support Deloitte’s AMS engagements by delivering ongoing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud apps. You will manage incident, change, and release activities, drive business process optimization, and coordinate testing and stakeholder engagement. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable stability, automation, and long-term transformation, while potentially supporting Retail implementations when needed. This role offers a remote/on-site model under Project Talent Model for client service delivery, with meaningful impact on retail operations and performance. Compensation / Benefits * Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes for Oracle Retail Cloud modules (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) * Perform requirements analysis and functional design to support enhancements * Coordinate testing and ensure quality of deliverables * Engage stakeholders and communicate with Engagement Managers and technical teams * Support operational stability, automation, performance improvements, and transformation initiatives * Assist in Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the project * Build and sustain professional relationships and lead projects or workstreams * Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * 10+ years experience in managing Oracle Retail, Oracle RMS packaged solution * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline * Ability to travel 10% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Experience with Jira/Confluence and Mural (preferred) * Product Owner/Manager experience in Retail domain (preferred) Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
