Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead, you will support Deloitte’s AMS engagements by delivering ongoing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to drive stability, automation, and value-driven transformation, while also supporting Retail implementations when needed. You’ll engage with leadership and cross-functional teams to steer projects and deliver meaningful outcomes. This role offers a remote/on-site model under the Project Talent Model with opportunities to shape large-scale Oracle Retail solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud modules (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) * Support business process optimization, requirements analysis, functional design, and testing coordination * Engage with stakeholders and engagement management to ensure clear communication and escalations when needed * Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive operational stability, automation, and performance improvements * Support Deloitte-led Retail implementations and prioritize the AMS or implementation work as required * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Maintain and nurture professional relationships and provide clear guidance to teams * Ensure high-quality deliverables with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience) * Ability to travel 10% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
