Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Dynamics CRM Technical Senior Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to improve business processes and user experience. You’ll lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary team, guiding architecture, development, integrations, and deployments while ensuring security and maintainability. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, document designs, and mentor junior members. This role supports global customer transformation within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice and offers meaningful impact through innovative technol- ogy and delivery excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream across a multidisciplinary project team * Design, develop, and deliver enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * Support solution architecture, configurations, custom development, integrations, and data migrations * Ensure security, maintainability, and alignment with client goals * Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Produce solution documentation, process flows, and presentation materials * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards Tasks * Min 6 years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles, with at least 4 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing enterprise solution architectures including Dataverse security models * Experience with data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services (3+ projects) * 2+ years in modern DevOps practices including Git and CI/CD pipelines * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform; CoE toolkit deployment in production * Advanced technical skills: C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, PowerShell * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to ~50% * Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences * Proven experience delivering client-service excellence Key requirements *
