You will shape scalable architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, lead multi-disciplinary delivery, and advise senior leaders on transformation opportunities. Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to define MES business needs and translate into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva with configuration, integration, deployment, upgrades * Guide project delivery from requirements to post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * 7+ years MES experience with 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
